Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

At FragranceNetUSA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if your item meets the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery (14 days for pre-owned items).
  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Includes all original packaging, seals, and accessories
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a return request through our Returns Portal or contact customer support
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Securely pack your item in its original packaging
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outer shipping box
  5. Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method

Please note: Approval of a return request does not guarantee final acceptance. All items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing begins after inspection and approval
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Deductions may apply for:

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Items returned in damaged or used condition


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
    If you wish to exchange for a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Return Shipping Cost

All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from Fragrancenet USA to the customer deducted from the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products missing original packaging or seals
